Have you read the report? <br />Wigzell: Yes. <br />Taniguchi: Are there any changes to the report? <br />Wigzell: No. <br />Taniguchi: Can you briefly describe your business? <br />Wigzell: We're a Mexican, full service restaurant and we serve liquor. We have a <br />license for music entertainment which we use very sparingly. We do full service and <br />take-out. <br />Taniguchi: I know we had one late protest that came in, but, Director, do we have any <br />other protests? <br />Takase: Mr. Chairman, the Applicant mailed 74 out of 92 notices within 100 feet; 87 out <br />of 100 within 500 feet and 1 notice to a condominium cooperative property owner. There <br />were 112 properties entitled to protest and we did receive one protest to this application. <br />Taniguchi: Is there any public testimony on this? <br />There was no public testimony. <br />Taniguchi: Commissioners, questions? <br />Onizuka: In this location, in the past we've had problems? <br />Takase: Yes. This was the old Amethyst location. Amethyst was a nightclub and that <br />was (kind of) their problem. Terry's restaurant has been in operation...he's just really <br />moving across the alley.
