Hawaii Police Commission <br />Meeting Agenda <br />May 18, 2018 <br />Page 2 <br />(CLOSED SESSION) <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />The commission will meet in executive session to consider discipline and charges against <br />officers or employees of the Hawaii Police Department where matters affecting privacy will <br />be involved, to consider sensitive matters relating to public safety, and may consult with <br />Corporation Counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, <br />duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a) (2) (4) (6) and the <br />Hawaii County Charter Section 13-20 (b). <br />Consideration and Investigation of Complaint HPC 18-10: Complainant alleged <br />that she felt humiliated and defamed when officers questioned her during an <br />investigation. <br />• Status Report of Referred and Internal Complaints <br />(OPEN SESSION) <br />ACTION ON EXECUTIVE SESSION MATTERS <br />• Complaint HPC 18-10 <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The Police Commission's next monthly meeting is scheduled for June 15, 2018, at 9:00 <br />a.m. in the Aupuni Center Conference Room, 101 Pauahi St., Hilo, Hawaii. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />NOTICE <br />This meeting place is accessible for persons with disabilities.
