Meanwhile PONC will be submitting Legacy Land <br />application for the Pacific Plains lands at Kapanaia this year. <br />o The State has been asked to quit claim an old government roadway above Kynnersley <br />Road that is identified on the NKCDP for future use as mauka makai access to the <br />proposed Mountain Trail.
