ANNOUNCEMENTS <br /> - Parks and Recreation has been assigned to the working group – Mayor Harry Kim <br />- Next Game Management Advisory Committee meeting is tentatively scheduled for <br />June 19, 2018. <br /> <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> <br />Executive Session: The Game Management Advisory Commission anticipates it may convene in <br />one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS <br />Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions <br />and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A <br />2/3 vote pursuant to HRS Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Anyone wishing <br />to discuss an item that does not appear on the agenda should call the commission secretary at 323- <br />4444 or email donna.urban-higuchi@hawaiicounty.gov to have the subject placed on the next <br />available agenda. <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) §92-3.5, the <br />Hawai‘i County Game Management Advisory Commission will be conducting this Committee <br />meeting via videoconference. Game Management Advisory Commission members will be present <br />at the following location(s), where the public is invited to participate: <br /> <br /> Hawai’i County Building, Council Chambers, 25 Aupuni Street, First Floor, Suite 1401, <br />Hilo, HI, and <br /> <br /> West Hawai‘i Civic Center, Mayor’s Conference Room, Building C, Second Floor, 74- <br />5044 Ane Keohokālole Highway, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii; or Council Conference Room A <br />If audio stream between Hilo and Kona is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will <br />be terminated. <br /> <br />Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language <br />interpretation to access this meeting please contact the Office of the Mayor at 323-4444 as soon <br />as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to the meeting date, to arrange for <br />accommodations. If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai‘i County Clerk within five <br />days of becoming a lobbyist. {Article15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai‘i County Code. “A lobbyist is any <br /> <br />individual who is engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any <br />month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or <br />administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials.” <br /> <br /> THOMAS H.
