COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I STATE OF HAWAI‘I <br />BILL NO. 111 <br />ORDINANCE NO. _________ DRAFT 2 <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR JULY 1, 2018 TO JUNE 30, 2019. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I: <br />SECTION 1. The following amounts to be received from the sale of general obligation bonds, <br />and other sources are hereby appropriated to the projects and for the purposes designated in <br />Section 2. <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br />SECTION 2.
