Because it's primarily an <br />4 outline with a schedule given of what we plan to do when and <br />5 target dates by when to complete them. <br />6 And I need advising as to whether that's <br />7 appropriate for one these groups that you call for or not and <br />8 whether that can be done via e-mail and meetings outside of <br />9 this venue here. <br />10 MS. SELF: You can create a committee and define <br />11 the scope of whatever you want that committee to do. It has <br />12 to be done -- you have to create the scope and who's going to <br />13 be on that committee at a public meeting. <br />14 CHR. ONO: Yes. <br />15 MS. SELF: And then after that, they can go and <br />16 discuss outside of a public meeting whatever it is you assign <br />17 them to do. <br />18 MR. FRATINARDO: On the Office of Information <br />19 Practices, it has the current laws, the laws that are going <br />20 to change in 2018. We need to be aware of those. It has <br />21 training classes that we can take. I don't know if anyone <br />22 has not taken those. So those are all the laws which apply <br />23 to us. <br />24 CHR.
