Now we <br />18 can move on to New Business, which is election of officers. <br />19 So what we're going to do is we're going to hold elections <br />20 for two officers. First, we'll nominate and we'll vet a <br />21 Chair. And then the Chair would succeed in taking my place. <br />22 And then we'll nominate and vet a Vice -Chair. <br />23 So at this time, what I'd like to do is open up <br />24 nominations for the position of Chair. <br />25 MR.
