ONO: We make our own Rules. <br />10 It's either going to be probably once at the <br />11 beginning of a year or once annually, which could mean, <br />12 you know, whenever... <br />13 MR. BRILHANTE: The answer to that question <br />14 is -- I believe it's stated in the Charter under Boards <br />15 and Commissions for the County of Hawaii, and it's an <br />16 annual election. So the past practice with the <br />17 majority of the boards and commissions is that we do an <br />18 election, you know, at the beginning of the year. I <br />19 know some commissions -- I've sat on some commissions <br />20 where they actually do the election in December in <br />21 anticipation of starting the new year fresh, but at <br />22 this point, since it's January, it's at your <br />23 discretion.
