The initial <br />3 presentation will go through the process of how we <br />4 arrived at that. <br />5 And I don't know what the intent of <br />6 Councilwoman Susan Lee Loy is, but she did testify <br />7 against the salary increases, if you recall. There was <br />8 a letter from Councilperson Aaron Chung, and she came <br />9 and she testified in person. I believe that their <br />10 objective was to address the County's financial <br />11 position, but also one of the powerful facts that this <br />12 commission had available to it was the testimony of the <br />13 finance director herself, who said that there were <br />14 funds within the County's finances to pay for these <br />15 increases. <br />16 So, Jim, anything else? <br />17 MR.
