<br />Ms. Novak: Actually my petition is only against the Mayor’s office… <br /> <br />Mr. Goodenow: Oh… <br /> <br />Ms. Novak: It did not include HR or DPW. <br /> <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: That’s good for the record then okay… <br /> <br />Mr. Goodenow: So…we’re going to keep it…it’s not amended…it’s just the <br /> Mayor’s office… <br /> <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: That’s because it wasn’t clear from looking at the petition…I know <br /> it may… <br /> <br />Mr. Goodenow: How do you want it… <br /> <br />Ms. Novak: I don’t care…if you want Human Resources here…if you want <br /> Public Works here…that’s fine with me… <br /> <br />Mr. Goodenow: Sure either way they’ll be here but… <br /> <br />Mr. Robinson: Well Human Resources has to be here…they’re the administrative <br /> body for the employment of the County so they would need to be <br /> here even if it was…. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodenow: You know they don’t actually have much to do except give advice <br /> right as far as whether it’s legal or not…it’s really the department I <br /> would say right…that should be the respondent…not HR…but it’s <br /> good that he comes… <br /> <br />Mr. Robinson: Oh absolutely… <br /> <br />Mr. Brilhante: (Inaudible) <br /> <br />Mr. Goodenow: So at your request…we’re gonna add the department…we’re <br /> gonna have the Mayor’s office and Department of Public Works… <br /> <br />Ms. Novak: That’s fine… <br /> <br />Mr. Goodenow: Great…okay… <br /> <br />Ms. Novak: The reason why I made the original petition against the Mayor’s <br /> office is because they signed the contract…and that was the only <br /> reason why I brought it in the Mayor’s office because I question <br /> the reason for them to even be involved a contract that had nothing <br />32 <br /> <br /> <br />
