EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />With reference to the agenda item listed below, an executive session is anticipated. In <br />particular, the Commission anticipates consulting with the Commission’s attorney on <br />questions and issues pertaining to the Commission’s powers, duties, privileges, <br />immunities, and liabilities. Therefore, pursuant to Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes Chapters 92- <br />4 and 92-5(a)(4), the following item may be considered in executive session: <br /> <br />a. Discussion on the process, timeline, and status of the proposed Nāālehu ʻ <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br /> <br />8. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS <br />Commissioners can suggest items they would like placed on the next agenda. <br /> <br />9. ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />a. The next meeting is not on a regular meeting date. It is scheduled for Thursday, <br />July 26, 2018, at the County Council Conference Room (Building A) at the West <br />Hawaiʻi Civic Center in Kona. <br /> <br />10. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting place is accessible to persons with disabilities.
