Commissioner <br />2 Higgins was there with me also, and we gave them a <br />3 comprehensive explanation of what the commission has <br />4 done, step-by-step, the information used which was <br />5 furnished to us by reliable sources. And so, I'm not <br />6 sure how they concluded on this but, in any case, they <br />7 decided to adopt that Bill No. 98, and I believe it was <br />8 unanimous, 9-0, or whomever was there. One might have <br />9 been absent. <br />10 During the course of this discussion here -- <br />11 Bill, were you there? Amy was there for sure. <br />12 MS. SELF: Uh-huh. <br />13 CHR. ONO: And we couldn't have a further <br />14 explanation on that, but I felt all we did was present <br />15 information to help them better understand what this <br />16 commission does. <br />17 MR. HIGGINS: I can give you my take. My <br />18 take on it was they asked questions that they already <br />19 knew the answers to, pretty much. Ms. Lee Loy had been <br />20 well-prepared; she did her homework. And the Chairman, <br />21 Mr. Ono, did a terrific job.
