And the expense side <br />3 of it is what we deal with in a way because we just <br />4 approved a million dollars' worth of pay increases. So <br />5 in case that came up, that they needed to discuss it <br />6 with us, I think it should be on the agenda. <br />7 ACTING CHR. FRATINARDO: I just want to ask, that one <br />14 question I asked about, is that set in stone when we <br />15 have an emergency like we're going through right now, <br />16 which is kind of out of the ordinary, to -- is it <br />17 actually -- with state law, is that actually set in <br />18 stone where a salary cannot be amended or adjusted <br />19 during a time of emergency? <br />20 MR. BRILHANTE: No. There's no -- not that I <br />21 am aware of. <br />22 MR. FRATINARDO: Can we please -- I would <br />23 like that on the agenda. If this is going to be an <br />24 ongoing -- it's going to be an ongoing emergency.
