Call To Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Art Taniguchi at 10:00 A.M., in the <br />Meeting Room, Department of Liquor Control, Hilo Lagoon Centre, 101 Aupuni Street, <br />Unit 230, Hilo, Hawaii. <br />The following were present and constituted a quorum: <br />Commissioners: <br />Art Taniguchi, Chair <br />Shelby Nahale-a, Vice Chair <br />Warren Arakaki, Commissioner <br />David Greenwell, Commissioner <br />Michael Hughes, Commissioner <br />Stephen Lopez, Commissioner <br />Claude Onizuka, Commissioner <br />Dawn Raymond, Commissioner <br />Absent and Excused: Gerald Takase, Director <br />Stacie Waltjen, Licensing Tech. <br />Others Present: <br />Brandon Gonzalez, Administrative Officer <br />Renee Schoen, Assistant Corporation Counsel <br />Gail Fujimoto, Licensing Officer <br />Dorsi Lim, Secretary to the Board & Commission <br />Taniguchi: I'd like to call this meeting of the Liquor Commission to order.
