Kiuchi: Good morning, Commissioners. My name is Keith Kiuchi. I'm the attorney for the Applicant. Zhang: My name is Shi Feng Zhang. I'm the Owner for the Sakura Japanese Restaurant. Nahale-a: Good morning. Are there any changes to the report? Kiuchi: No changes to the report. Nahale-a: Could you briefly describe the business? Kiuchi: This is Mr. Zhang's third restaurant. He has one in Kailua-Kona, one in Mililani, and the theme is they're all Japanese restaurants, they all feature sushi. This particular restaurant has actually been operating since 2010, in Waiakea Square Warehouse. It was initially operated as a Chinese restaurant. He's changed the format, hence he's applying for a liquor license for this place. Nahale-a: Thank you. Any public testimony regarding this application? There was no testimony.
