Ueoka: Good morning, Chair and members of the Commission, Mr. Takase. My name is Robert Ueoka on behalf of Makalei Properties LLC. I'm the Attorney and Authorized Agent. ,Present to my right, Mr. Mike Cortes. He's the General Manager. Last name is spelled C -o -r -t -e -s. At this time we have a couple of changes to the investigative report. Number one, the closing date was changed to June 29, 2018. Thank you to the staff for accommodating me on those changes. Originally, it was on June 1, 2018, and we made a couple of changes. Also, we submitted the notarized personal history that's mentioned in the report. The nature of our business is an 18 -hole golf course with a restaurant called Peacock Grill" and we have a beverage cart that goes throughout the golf course. Nahale-a: Thank you very much. Mr. Onizuka moved to approve Application No. 17-34, Makalei Properties LLC, dba Makalei Golf Club, for a sale and transfer of the Dispenser General liquor license, Category B2, currently held by RLF Makalei Properties, LLC, dba Makalei Golf Club, located at 72-3890 Hawai`i Belt Road, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, TMK: 7-2-007:001, public hearing to be held on August 2, 2018, in Kona, Hawaii; seconded by Mr. Arakaki.
