Lopez: I have a question. I went there for lunch last weekend and I saw "Coming
,Soon." Will this be using the same format as the Kona location?
Fulcher: Yes. It's just larger. There will be more tables.
Lopez: Okay, but the operation will be the same?
Fulcher: Same, identical.
Lopez: Okay, thank you.
Takase: Deborah, can I ask you about your entertainment? What are those plans?
Fulcher: Yes. At Ali`i Drive's Foster's Kitchen, it's every evening from 6:00 P.M. to
9:00 P.M. It's low-key music, not loud.
Takase: It's dinner music?
Fulcher: Yes.
Takase: So, is that the same here (at the Waikoloa location)?
Fulcher: Exactly the same.
Takase: The reason I ask is because the previous applicants have seen the garnered
attention from the condominiums across the way, but they were also looking at late
night entertainment, which doesn't sound like you're going to have. Hopefully, it won't
be a problem.
Fulcher: No. It's very low-key. We want guests to be able to communicate, talk.
Takase: Regarding sending out the notices, your category will say just live
entertainment. If you can tell them what kind of entertainment you'll have, you can
probably avoid that problem.
Fulcher: It's just a live, single musician. It's not even a band.
Takase: It's dinner music.
Fulcher: Dinner music, yes. Perfect.
Takase: Okay.
Nahale-a: Thank you, Director.
