Committee report be posted on the PONC Website. <br />MS. CUTLER: acknowledges the request and confirms <br />with Ms. Self that a motion is not needed to take such <br />action to comply. <br />2019 Suggestion CHR. TOMICHmoves to the next item UNDER New <br />Form Reviewand Business: Suggestion Forms Revisionand calls the <br />Motion to Approve commission to review, discuss, and motion to approve <br />revisions:revision for 2019. <br />(Approved) <br />After a lengthy discussion,the members of the <br />commission were ready to file the following motion: <br />MR. WARSHAUER moves to accept the Suggestion <br />form with the following changes: <br />1.Add “Ahupua’a” and omit Location on page <br />one, <br />2.Add a selection box, titled: both on the same <br />line Property is either/or: <br />3.Add 3) Describe any parcels that have a <br />significant relationship to any larger historical, <br />cultural, and/or natural landscape. (i.e. <br />corridor, systems, etc.) <br />4.Renumber the submission form on page two. <br />Seconded by DR. FRANK. An open lengthy discussion <br />where: <br />MS. PAIK MANDER:expresses her concerns to omit <br />“either/or” that it sounds confusing. <br />MS. NAZARA: expressed her concerns to keep it simple <br />so that the person filling out the form can understand. <br />MS. NAUNGAYAN: points out to match the Criteria <br />form regarding the “Ahupua’a” <br />MR. WARSHAUER:rescinds his original motion and that <br />motion was amended by DR. Frank. <br />DR. FRANKproposed that we amend MR. <br />WARSHAUER’S motion so that it lists property, remove <br />“Choose one” add a box and “both” <br />Seconded by MS. WELLS FISCHER <br />calls for a verbal vote of those present, <br />CHR. TOMICH <br />all voted ayes,and motion approved to accept the <br />revision to the 2019 Suggestion Form. <br />Page 5 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
