This is the second meeting of the 1999-2000 Hawaii County Charter <br />Commission, Special Meeting, Wednesday, March 17, 1999, 5:00 p.m., Hawaii County Liquor <br />Commission Conference Room. <br />Attendance, let’s let the record show that all members are in attendance other than Mr. Alonzo, at this <br />point. <br />Minutes, the minutes were distributed. Do I have a motion to approve? <br />??? So moved. <br />RAY: Second? <br />YOSHIYAMA: Second. <br />RAY: Okay. Discussion? <br />IRVINE: Yeah, Page 23, under Sue Irvine, down at the bottom there, the second paragraph from the <br />bottom, last line, I said, "Are we just going to tinker around the edges." <br />RAY: Oh, hanker. <br />IRVINE: Instead of hanker. I mean they’re both dumb words but, yeah.
