<br />RAY: I see that as the administrative person, secretary will be, you know, doing that on a continual
<br />basis, right, and then -.
<br />HERKES: If it’s a legal question, it goes to the lawyer or it goes to John Ray if it’s a question that she
<br />can’t answer. If somebody wants material mailed out to them, she can do that.
<br />RAY: Yeah.
<br />HERKES: She or he.
<br />RAY: Okay. Sue.
<br />IRVINE: No, I guess I was wondering, like we have the past minutes sitting over here from the past. If
<br />somebody wanted to go look at those, are they going to be somewhere for us, like in this file cabinet?
<br />RAY: Yeah, I think that’s a good idea.
<br />IRVINE: Yeah.
<br />RAY: I think we should have a set in East and West Hawaii and so that’s a good idea, so that somebody
<br />can go in and review. They’ll have to, you know, physically, I guess, sit somewhere; they can do that
<br />and, you know, just the same way -.
<br />HERKES: We just buy one of those cardboard file boxes.
<br />RAY: Same way they do in the County Council or whatever.
<br />HERKES: Yeah.
<br />RAY: Yeah. Roland, do you have a question?
<br />HIGASHI: No.
<br />RAY: No? Okay, so I think we’re getting closer to, you know, a working situation there.
<br />SANTANGELO: You had brought up something I wasn’t prepared for, but maybe we should clarify
<br />that, and you said who is the spokesman? Now, I assumed that was the Chairman.
<br />RAY: Well, you know, I hadn’t really thought it through and anticipated, you know, every possible
<br />contact, so let’s just see how that goes.
<br />IRVINE: Yeah, I think there was some -.
<br />RAY: I’m certainly, you know, willing to, you know, take it on and, you know, see how it goes, yeah.
<br />SANTANGELO: Because one of the qualifications that, you know, certainly bore my support, John, was
<br />your ability to work with people, and we need some clear statements, you know, as we go along, if we
<br />get into anything.
<br />RAY: Yeah. Well, I think the administrative person can handle probably the bulk of it. I think the bulk
