Our duty is to come forward with the two, <br />you know, and we’ll come forward with the two, together with a recommendation. <br />SANTANGELO: So, Steve, I guess we can handle that within committee so, okay, that’s fine. <br />RAY: Marni. <br />HERKES: Has the committee developed a criteria for the attorney, for hiring an attorney, not for hiring, <br />for an attorney that would be most appropriate? <br />BESS: Well, I -, to answer your question directly no.
