Yoshiyama <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Temporary Chairman John Santangelo called the meeting to order at approximately 5:10 p.m. <br />INTRODUCTION OF CHARTER COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />SANTANGELO: This is John Santangelo, chairing the Naalehu Charter Commission meeting. I would <br />like to call it to order at 10 after 5 and I’d like to identify Sue Irvine and George Martin as fellow <br />Commissioners. <br />INTRODUCTORY REMARKS <br />SANTANGELO: Madam Secretary, do we have any testimony from the public? <br />HENRY: No Sir. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />SANTANGELO: By having none, this meeting was convened for that purpose and being that no one <br />saw fit to give testimony, I adjourn this meeting. Do we have any exception to that? Okay, thank you <br />very much. <br />MARTIN: Motion to adjourn. <br />IRVINE: Second. <br />SANTANGELO: All in favor? Okay, adjourned.
