We’ll write something up and we can give our opinion. <br />RAY: Yes, I think that would be a more complete way to deal with this. <br />JIM: And you’ve got to understand, it’s just an opinion that we believe. And we can give you some of the background. <br />HIGASHI: Yes, I was going to say if you could just give us something short and then background. <br />JIM: Okay. Yes. <br />MARTIN: Point of clarification. You guys make mention to Article I, 1.1. It’s Article 1.2, isn’t it? <br />JIM: Well, actually it’s 1.1 and Article 1.2. That’s the Articles that gives the jurisdiction of us. <br />MARTIN: It’s 1.2 <br />JIM: Article 1 and 2 that gives us jurisdiction and gives you land power over us. <br />KAHAWAIOLA’A: Yes, 1.2.
