Make reports to the Mayor and Council on <br />the findings and recommendations of such evaluation. A report shall be made to the responsible Commission whenever an <br />evaluation is performed on a department or agency under a Commission.’ <br />BESS: Second. <br />RAY: So, we’ve got the three. Does everybody understand that? <br />SANTANGELO: So, now that the cupboard’s all nice and tidy. <br />HIGASHI: Why are we making a report to the Council? Did you say that? <br />IRVINE: Yes. ‘Make reports to the Mayor and Council on the findings and recommendations of such evaluations.’ <br />HIGASHI: (Indiscernible) the language – <br />IRVINE: I think we should say ‘Make a’, to be consistent, ‘to the responsible Commission’. <br />RAY: Are we comfortable voting on this?
