Wurdeman, Deputy Corporation Counsel Fred Giannini, R. Legaspi <br />RAY: I'll call the meeting to order. This is the second meeting of the 1999- <br />2000 Hawaii County Charter Commission, Special Meeting, Wednesday, March 17, 1999, <br />5:00 p.m., Hawaii County Liquor Commission Conference Room. <br />Attendance. let's let the record show that all members are in attendance other than <br />Mr. Alonzo, at this point. <br />Minutes, the minutes were distributed.
