Just that the person who authorizes the expenditure <br />needs to be somebody with authority so -. <br />RAY: Okay. Kevin. <br />BALOG: I was going to say that, too, that I don't think there's any other board or <br />commission that has a volunteer treasurer that serves as part of that board or commission, and <br />it's not so much the point of the staff processing the paperwork but for every board or <br />commission, you have paid Staff. Oh, sorry about that. It's more like Roland said that either <br />yourself or Roland would have to sign off. And even if you're not able to do it and they can't <br />get a hold of Roland, we should say that they could fax you something with an original to <br />come in as back-up or something, you know what I -? But I can't see us, one of us being a <br />treasurer and coming every -, to every meeting and giving a treasurer's report. <br />RAY: Okay. <br />BALOG: That's not what I signed on for, and I don't think too much other people <br />did. <br />RAY: Okay. <br />BALOG: I'd rather get a report from our -, it's not going to be that hard to get a <br />report from someone else. <br />RAY: Okay.
