And so it doesn't have to be fee based or just -? <br />BESS: Oh, I think that, you know, in terms of our -, when we interview these <br />people, we're going to be getting an idea of what they're going to be demanding in terms of <br />hourly rate, so that it's going to be our recommendation would include -, and the guy is going to <br />want $125 an hour. <br />RAY: Okay. <br />HIGASHI: I have a question. <br />RAY: Yes, Roland. <br />HIGASHI: Steve, is it the intent of the committee to come up with one name or maybe <br />two or three names? <br />• <br />
