The April 14th minutes, do I have a <br />BESS: So moved. <br />YOSHIYAMA: Second. <br />RAY: All in favor? <br />COMMISSIONERS: Aye. <br />RAY: Okay. So I'll remind you that we do have a meeting for next Wednesday, <br />so we'll try to approve these meetings -, minutes at that time. <br />Okay, going down in your packets, the financial status shows a balance of $29,045.07. The <br />purchase of a file cabinet is the major purchase, and I'll refer to that later, but we do have our <br />own file cabinet now. <br />Let the minutes show that Mr. Santangelo has now arrived. <br />Okay, Communications, Item No. V. Included in your packet, there's a little notice from myself <br />regarding just general organization, some things I want to cover maybe later today. And then, <br />also, what I did was I made a copy of everything that I've included, that I've received from <br />boards, commissions or departments to date, so you've got a copy of everything that's come in so <br />far with, you know, with comments. Okay, any questions about that? <br />We've also -, I received two communications asking for us to mail out agendas and minutes, from <br />Jason Armstrong with the Hawaii Tribune -Herald and from Jerry Rothstein. <br />HERKES: What.do they want us to do? <br />RAY: They'd like copies of the agendas. <br />HERKES: Did they want them mailed to them? <br />RAY: Jason asked for them to be dropped off at his drop-off spot in the County <br />Building, and I was going to do the same thing with West Hawaii Today with Bobby Command, <br />because I've actually been calling him and giving him updates as far as what we, you know, were <br />up to, and he did a nice article, other than referring to me as a lobbyist.
