Do <br />you think -, is that something that the County would be interested in pursuing in the future? <br />Because my read on that is that the State elections people were wrong. <br />WURDEMAN: Yeah. <br />YUEN: That the County has a -, you know, it's a County election, and the County <br />Charter says you get to put a summary on the ballot. And maybe sometime when there's nothing <br />pending and so there's no controversy of people being for something or against something, this <br />could be worked out with the elections people. <br />WURDEMAN: It would probably take legislation. <br />YUEN: Is that -? <br />WURDEMAN: I don't know why they -. <br />YUEN: Did they get an AG read on that or -? <br />WURDEMAN: I don't know if they did or not? <br />YUEN: I think -, you know what, I think they did and then the AG was not aware <br />of the County Charter, to tell you the truth.
