Let's look at the Charter and try to fine tune <br />it with these attributes that are so, to me, very appealing about the City Manager form <br />of government. <br />RAY: Okay. I <br />mean, right now if you had the person that were so inclined, I think they could creatively <br />do a whole lot with our present structure of government to make things much more <br />professional in terms of how it is structured.
