YUEN: These are the rules from the '89-'90 Charter Commission. The Commission has basically been operating under the old rules, but wanted to make the changes because there is a different location to send communications and the Commission has chosen to make a different day for the regular meetings. TYLER: I'm sorry. I thought you had some other rules and some additional - I hadn't seen them so 1 was a little puzzled, but it was not my intention to come here and slow your work down. I also have some materials in my possession as a result of some discussions that we had in the Council when Mr. Santangelo was there, as well as Mr. Ray, and I'd be happy to furnish those to you if you are considering such a possibility.
