Yuen <br />And no members of the public in attendance. <br />The meeting was called to order at 9:50 a.m. <br />RAY: I'd like to call the Special Meeting of the Hawaii County Charter <br />Commission to order. It's Saturday, December 4t. We're in Waimea. Present are <br />myself John Ray; Roland Higashi, Eddie Alonzo; Steve Bess; Marni Herkes; Sue <br />Irvine; Daryl Kurozawa; George Martin; John Santangelo; and Gary Yoshiyama. <br />Statements from the Public. There are no members of the public present today. <br />We'II move on to Minutes Approval. We're approving today the minutes of October <br />16" and October 27t. Let's do them separately. The minutes of October 16th, do I <br />have a motion to approve? <br />SANTANGELO: So moved. <br />RAY: Second? <br />IRVINE: Second. <br />RAY: Any discussion?
