§ 9"-4 <br />PUBLIC AGENCY MEETINGS AND RECORDS § 92-5 <br />Effective date. — This section became effec- <br />tive June 8, 1994. <br />§ 92-4. Executive meetings. <br />A board may 'loll an executive meeting closed to the public upon an <br />tis affirmative vote, taken at an open meeting, of two-thirds of the members <br />board present; provided the affirmative vote constitutes a majority of the members to <br />public; which the board is entitled. A meeting closed to the public shall be limited to <br />at the matters exempted by section 92-5.
