All boards and commission shall have 10 members. 7 /20/99 <br />There shall be one member and one alternate per district appointed by that <br />district councilperson per board or commission. <br />The mayor shall appoint the chairperson. <br />The chair may only vote to make or br a tie vote. <br />The department of taxation will issue itemized property tax bills showing the <br />amounts pay by each property owner in the following categories; fire, police, <br />parks, roads, solid waste, bond reimbursement <br />We oppose any special election at this time. <br />• <br />Jon Olson <br />
