CREATION OF TWO AD -HOC COMMITTEES <br />Memo from Legal Counsel Levi Hookano, dated March 30, 2009, proposing an <br />amendment to the 2009 -2010 Rules of Procedure, Article V, pursuant to Hawaii <br />Revised Statutes §92 -2.5, to create two ad -hoc committees. The purpose of the <br />individual ad -hoc committees is as follows: <br />a. Form and Style. The purpose of this ad hoc committee is to review <br />all proposed charter amendments for proper formatting and style <br />compatible with the current charter, and recommend wording of <br />amendments. <br />b. Submission and Information.
