<br />CHR. HAITSUKA: Good afternoon, Commissioners, Commission Staff, Members of the
<br />Administration and the Public. Today is June 5, 2009, and time is approximately 1:36 p.m.
<br />I'd like to call this meeting of the Hawaii County Charter Commission to order. We are at
<br />the County Council Room at the Ben Franklin Building in Hilo. I will now call the roll.
