not included to the Council Members for their information. This report did not come out <br />until two weeks after the budget was approved. This report is basically a report that sums up <br />each of the Special Funds. For instance, the gas tax is one, and they didn't have it here so I <br />couldn't really look at it to give you. I think that along with the other reports, I believe that <br />are in Section 10 -2, where it says Preparation and Submission of Budget and Capital <br />Program - -I believe that in Section (a) it says, "No later than March 1 of each year, the mayor <br />shall submit to the county council " - -he submits an operating budget, an operating program, <br />capital budget, capital program, and an accompanying message. I think this is very important <br />information for Council Members to have to look at, to really understand the scope, and to <br />really understand what is in the special funds that they can use to fund certain programs. I <br />would ask that to be a number (6) in 10 -2 (a). That would be the Comprehensive Financial <br />Report. Thank you for your time.
