HAITSUKA: Good afternoon. Today is May 21, 2010, and the time is <br />approximately 1:34 p.m. I call this meeting of the Hawaii County Charter <br />Commission to order. We are in the chambers of the Hawaii County Council, <br />located at 25 Aupuni Street; with Mr. Unger and myself appearing by <br />videoconference from Hanama Place.
