HAITSUKA: Next, do we have a motion to amend CA -12 with the language <br />recommended by Mr. Hookano in Comm. 257? <br />Mr. Nahale -a moved to amend CA -12 with the <br />language recommended by Mr. Hookano in <br />Comm. 257. Seconded by Mr. Kealoha and <br />carried by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Fuertes, Honma, <br />Jarman, Kawauchi, Kealoha, Nahale -a, <br />Unger and Chair Haitsuka. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioners Kaulukukui, <br />Shumway and Osborne. <br />CHR.
