CA -26 RELATING TO PRESERVATION OF NATURAL AND CULTURAL <br />RESOURCES <br />CHR. HAITSUKA: Let's move on to Communication 258 with respect to CA -26. Do I have <br />am motion to adopt the ballot language for CA -26? <br />Ms. Jarman moved to adopt the ballot <br />language for CA -26 as stated in <br />Communication 258. Seconded by <br />Ms. Osborne and carried by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Jarman, Kaulukukui, <br />Kealoha, Nahale -a, Osborne, Shumway <br />and Chair Haitsuka. <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioners Fuertes, Honma, <br />Kawauchi and Unger. <br />CHR. HAITSUKA: Let's go to Communication 256.4 with respect to CA -26. We have <br />proposed language from the League of Women Voters and from the Educational Committee. <br />Do I have a motion to adopt the proposed summary language? <br />Ms. Jarman moved to adopt the Educational <br />Committee's proposed summary language <br />for CA -26 as stated in Communication 256.4. <br />Seconded by Mr. Kealoha and carried by the <br />following vote: <br />32 <br />
