It ' ll be a fairly big job <br /> for our new executive secretary. My files are in an absolute <br /> mess. You know, we ' ve got these gobs of paper, we walk into the <br /> meeting today , you hand us some stuff that. . .we ' ve got stuff that <br /> Akira gave us, and all of which I think is very valuable. What I <br /> propose to do, and I think the other commission members might find <br /> it valuable, is to try to have our executive secretary set up some <br /> sort of system for us where we put everything that is like <br /> background material, material that we got from the last <br /> commission, other Charters. . .and a file or two, and try to get it <br /> organized so that we have a working file ; and I can see my <br /> organized friend here has started to come up with some kind of a <br /> system like that. But I think it could be very helpful to us , <br /> that. . . I 'm really proposing that. . .what we might consider doing is <br /> dumping it all back and then coming up with some sort of system <br /> over the next week, assuming that , well, maybe two weeks, as soon <br /> as we can, to get it back to us in some organized fashion. <br /> It ' s purely administrative, so it ' s no <br /> (inaudible) . <br /> BETHEA : So anybody that wants to take advantage of that , do <br /> it. I'm going to try to come up with some sort of a system. You <br /> know, I think I have this in my mind about how we can do it. <br /> JACOBS : There is a system that you can use similar like to <br /> the federal government, state government when they update their <br /> tax books and their law books.
