4. It was decided that the advertising <br /> should include more than just printing the <br /> meeting schedule. Chris would work on a <br /> newspaper ad. <br /> 5. Meetings will be held p.m. on 9/15 , <br /> a.m. on 9/16 , p.m. on 9/29 , a.m. on 9/30, <br /> p.m. on 10/13 and a.m. on 10/14. Friday <br /> night meetings will be at 5 p.m. ; Saturday <br /> meetings will be at 10 a.m. Schedule will <br /> be published. <br /> B. Work Schedule/Information Dissemination: <br /> 1. Bethea: If time allows after the <br /> public hearings , commission will begin <br /> discussing amendment process and <br /> commission' s direction. <br /> 2. Bethea: Subcommittees can be created <br /> for individual topics or departments. <br /> Yuen: There does not have to be a quorum <br /> if subcommittees are working on language; <br /> there would have to be a quorum if the <br /> committee is deliberating on decisions . <br /> 3 .
