" <br /> Motion No. 21/Count: Mr. L'Orange made a motion to <br /> institute the same language as in Motion No. 20, except <br /> to delete the three years of administrative experience. <br /> The motion was seconded by Mr. Greenwell. <br /> L 'Orange: Need qualifications for the position, but <br /> not necessarily administrative experience (Tape 3 : 1:46) . <br /> It is not easy to find qualified people. You 're <br /> excluding the kind of people who are smart , but who have <br /> not managed an office before. Cushnie: Feels this item <br /> should be tabled until more commission members are <br /> present at the meeting to vote on it. <br /> Motion No. 22: Mr. L'Orange moved to defer this <br /> item to another meeting. Mr. Nishikawa seconded. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> XII. It was decided to take up other items on next agenda. <br /> XIII.
