Discussion: Juvik: Would like minimum <br /> qualifications for the Finance Director in the Charter. <br /> Read the wording in the Honolulu Charter: "The director <br /> of finance shall have a minimum of five years of training <br /> and expertise in a public or private financial position, <br /> at least three years of which shall have been in a <br /> responsible administrative capacity .
