L'Orange: Changing the amounts is beyond our realm. <br /> Yuen: Our County Charter has lower amounts than state <br /> law. MOTION NO. 7: Greenwell : Moved that $4 , 000 be <br /> raised to $10 , 000 and that the $500 be raised to $1 , 000 <br /> in these two instances; seconded by Ms. Poppe. All were <br /> in favor. Motion carried. <br /> Yuen: State law covers the whole contract area , Chapter <br /> 103 , Hawaii Revised Statutes. Marie will provide copies <br /> at the next meeting. <br /> VI . MOTION NO. 8 : Ms . Poppe made a motion to defer the rest <br /> of the agenda until the next meeting; Mr. Greenwell <br /> seconded. All were in favor. <br /> VII .
