<br />---The county auditor shall publish once each week for four successive
<br />weeks prior to the election at which the question is to be subinitted,
<br />in the.ofiiciai newspaper of the county, a notice of the election on the
<br />question of the adoption of a county manager form of government.
<br />The. notice shall specify which form of county managership is to be
<br />submitted to the electors. The election upon such question shall be
<br />held and. conducted and the votes canvassed and returned in the mariner
<br />provided for the election of county officers at r: general election.
