Initiative e.nd referendum when placed side by side to the concept . of a representative form of government appears to be inconsistent. Initiative • is the ability by the people and the public to come - forth and have an ordinance or a law be considered. Isn 't this the real responsibility of the people that . e you elect. And the same thing for initiative and referendum and really have them evaluated. I hope . that all of us could lock " 4_t some of the ballots, some of the , considerations, the arguments that go on in the State of California who e they have the initiative and referendum. .
