The decision of the majority of the Commission <br /> members shall be the decision of the Commission. <br /> XIII. OTHER PAYMENTS <br /> The compensation for the secretary shall be paid <br /> semi-monthly; monthly for the Commission attorney; <br /> mileage reimbursements and other incidental <br /> expenses shall be paid on a monthly basis . <br /> XIV. PUBLIC ACCESS <br /> . Any person may obtain information, or make submittals <br /> or requests by contacting the Office of the County <br /> Clerk, County of Hawaii, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, <br /> Hawaii 96720 . Copies of all official minutes , <br /> documents , agenda; procedures , statements , or <br /> decisions shall be available at the said office <br /> at such cost as may be authorized by law. <br /> XV. These rules may be amended at any meeting by a <br /> majority of the Commission members if the said <br /> amendment affects only the internal management <br /> of the Commission; otherwise, the amendment shall <br /> .be valid only if made pursuant to the requirements <br /> of law. <br /> ADOPTED: <br /> • <br /> -5- <br />
