In other words, the way it is now works fine in your commission. MR. PAIVA: Yes, because if you are going to make it a separate department or a division of another department then we are going to run through the whole thing back up. through the Mayor again which is a great loss of time and I know this has been proven poor in the other counties and they envy us this that has been incorporated in our charter.
