Carnett <br /> DEPARTMENTAL It was moved, seconded and approved that the <br /> TESTIMONY: Rules be suspended and Departmental testimony <br /> be accepted. <br /> FIRE DEPT: Introduction was made of Fire Chief, Donald <br /> Thompson there to testify for the Fire <br /> Department. <br /> CHAIRMAN SAKATA: Mr. Thompson. <br /> MR. THOMPSON: My name is Donald Thompson. <br /> I am the Fire Chief of the County of Hawaii. At this time I <br /> would like to recommend that the portion of the Section which <br /> is Chapter 4, Section 6-4. 1 remain status quo. <br /> CHAIRMAN SAKATA: Would you please repeat that <br /> again? <br /> MR.
